M & M Klinker Apartments

The location is Excellent. Right next to Benefis so if there is an emergency you are right there. It is super safe. I'm not a very big girl so when i walk to my car at night or come home late i don't worry about anyone creeping on me. Blair and Jamie have obviously done all that they can to make these apartments Nice and Affordable. We don't have all the newest appliances, but when i moved in, the carpet looked new, the living room was painted a warm caramel color, and although the cabinets/appliances, and vinyl are out of date, they are Clean, and in great condition. The basement apartments have a large 4 foot high 6 inch deep furred wall on the exterior walls of the apartment which are kind of inconvenient because everything has to be plugged up there, which everyone sees. reception for local digital service isn't great, but we don't watch much TV. We only pay for electric ($20-$40), and Internet. Laundry is communal and coin operated, but if your in the basement, it is right around the corner. around 5 minutes from the College of Great Falls MSU, Albertsons, and Target. We pay around 470 a month for a 1 bedroom apartment, which is pretty large, and if i remember right we could have paid 505 for a balcony (not really a necessity) all in all i really like living here. I've even recommended this apartment complex to a couple family and friends. Occasionally we hear our neighbors music, but that's a minor detail, and not all that bad. i give it a 4 star!
