        The Great Falls Housing Authority owns and operates five Public Housing complexes, a Section Eight housing program and 24 units of Affordable Housing in Great Falls, Montana. The Public Housing and the Section Eight programs provide rental assistance to income eligible individuals.The GFHA is governed by a seven-member Board of Commissioners appointed by the Great Falls City Commission. The community members of the Board serve five-year terms and the resident members serve two-year terms. All members serve without compensation. The Board contracts for staff and management services from the city of Great Falls.
