- Gallatin Floor Fashions was started by Ricky Foutch in 1978. Ricky, who is till owner and operator began installing flooring when he was 16 years old. Ricky and his wife Barbara have for the most part “passed the baton” of daily operations to their daughter Brittany. She has the same work ethic of being “hands on”, helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable and up to date on the most recent styles, trends, and applications. Ricky has always run his business with utmost respect for you, the customer and respect for your home or business. Sumner County residents who have dealt with Gallatin Floor Fashions when purchasing carpet, laminate, luxury vinyl flooring, hardwood, porcelain or ceramic tile, or any other type of flooring usually return when another need arises. They have many referrals and next generation customers. Their installers are top quality and very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The selection of flooring products in the store is vast an varied. Please stop by and browse their large selection of quality products.

Provided by SuperpagesYou did better than me... I waited a month for them to come measure my bathroom for tile...and they never did get back to me with the Quote. After a week, I had to call them... and they said they hadn't even started on it. I asked when they thought it wold be ready?.. and they said..."We'll give you a shout, next week".... next week!!! WTF??? I got estimates and the final quotes from two other companies within 2 days. Stay Away from these people they.. I could never get them to work. I'm actually glad they didn't do my bathroom tile... I cant imagine what that would have been like. STAY AWAY from this business!!!
WARNING!!! These guys are REALLY REALLY REALLY slow.... if you can get them to come give you an estimate within a weeks time, it will be a miracle. I've never seen such a slow, disorganized operation as Gallatin Flooring Fashions. Ricky is a nice guy, but he's not a "go getter" shall we say. Avoid this company and you will save your own sanity and patience.
They don't apologize for their lackadaisical approach to business. In fact they should rename the business "Gallatin Lackadaisical Flooring" their slogan should be "we'll get it done... eventually". We ended up not using them because they took 5 weeks to just get the estimate done. (with no apologies or excuses I might add). Why and how people like this are in business and remain in business is a mystery to me...

Provided by SuperpagesThis company is not reliable and does not warranty their work. I have tried to contact them at least 6 times to do a small amount of warranty work and they will not fix what they have been paid for. I guess theyre too busy eating big macs to do their work, which is probably why they don't have any work. The city of Gallatin won't even work with them because of their shotty work. don't waste your money witrh these people
