Pinkerton Air Conditioning

They were on time (very rare) & did a great job repairing my unit for 1/3 of the cost I had paid 2 years earlier, 18 months later, all is working like it should!! Will call them for any future needs.

Thoroughly disappointed! To begin the guys couldn't even find my house and they live in the area. I had to drive and find them and lead them to my house. Then as they sauntered about the house with their shirts open,leaving doors open, and bickering back and forth, they would ask me to go in and out turning the breaker or AC on or off. Wait isn't that their job. After about an hour of this with no clue as to what was wrong they blew a fuse to my heater. After presumably replacing the fuse and letting my dog out, they stumbled upon the reason for the issue. A float switch was stuck in the attic. That will be $130.00 dollars and we don't accept cards. So I asked them for what am I paying you for, they said for our time and $65 for the call. This was a waste of my time and money. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend them.

Reasonably priced. Showed up on time. Knew exactly how to fix the problem and was gone in 15 mins. Air working great now! Very nice people.

These guys were great. They came out right away and ended up saving me money. Another hvac company told me I would be better off replacing the unit. These guys fixed me up in 2 hours.

My air conditioner stopped working on a Friday night so I called Pinkerton based on Yellow Pages reviews on Saturday morning to see what could be done. The temp was slated to be 97 that day so I was desperate and hoping they would be able to look at it. I was planning to be out a chunk of money and not too happy. The service rep came out within an hour and immediately knew what was wrong. For the service provided I felt I got an amazing deal considering it was Saturday and I didn't want to wait through the weekend. This place provides great service at a fair price. I would much rather patronize a local business and am glad I ran across this one. It's been three weeks since the service and my A/C is working better than ever! I will definitely bee calling them for all my A/C needs in the future.

These guys came out to my house within 30 minutes of me calling (after i had called several others to find out they were booked until next week!) They diagnosed and fixed the problem within 5 minutes. I'm very thankful they were so prompt and cheap!!

I called them this morning and they came out this afternoon, after it quit raining. They diagnosed and fixed our air conditioner quickly. We feel like we got a really good deal and we are very happy with the results. I will definitely be calling them again if we have any more problems.
