T and J Heat and Air

I purchased a system inspection from this company. It took over a week for them to come do the inspection. He had a difficult time getting the system to do what he wanted it to do. He claimed that it needed a new thermostat and some other part. He said he had to order the part and would return the following week to install it. That was the end of May 2015. I called and texted him several times to see when this thermostat would be installed. It is now September 3, 2015 and I haven't seen him yet. I did hire someone else to come finish the job. Turns out no thermostat was needed, it just needed to be programmed differently. The second company was prompt, professional and very affordable. I spent $50 on T and J and got nothing. Probably will not call them in the future.
