        I love this Pier One store and employees have always been helpful. I have shopped there many times and have never had a bad experience.

        Overall

        Shopping at Pier 1 was not a good experience. I had picked out things to buy and stood at the counter to pay. The employees were too busy organizing and the other other one was too busy visiting with someone. a customer came in with a return and then someone went help her. I left my things on the counter and just walked out. They didn't have time for customers. I felt very ignored.
