Cleo's Furniture

I bought a table from here less than a year ago. It was not cheap. Last week a chunk of wood came off. I called and left a message, no call back. I called the next day, spoke with a salesman, and a manager was to call me back. No call. I called again that night, they told me I would have to bring the table in or they would charge $85 for someone to come look at it. That was not acceptable to me so a manager was still supposed to call. Guess what? No call. I also emailed the General Manager who sold me the table. No response. Moral of the story. I wouldn't buy from here.

Cleo's is a terrible furniture store because of their NO RETURN policy. The recliner chair we bought there was positioned against the back wall and when we tried it out, it didn't go all the way back, but you would assume that it would, so we bought it. We wanted a "regular" recliner that reclines. This particular one didn't and they wouldn't take it back after 3 days of owning it stating that's store policy. What kind of customer service is that? Well, no one in our family of 16 adults will ever shop there again. Good luck going out of business!
