Homepro replaced 11 of my windows and three sliding glass doors with Anlin products. The job was done on schedule, on budget, and they went above and beyond the four corners of the contract to do a magnificent job with attention to detail we have not experienced in the past. The crew arrived at the job site at the stated time, worked constantly throughout the day, and completely cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. Both the quality of the products and the work ethic of Homepro empolyees are rare in these days of downsizing and cutting corners to get a job done quickly to maximize profits and/or cash flow. Homepro does it right the first time so there doesn't have to be a next time. We will use Homepro again for any home improvement needs that come along in the future.

I used HomePRO to fix a small leak in the stucco on the side of my house as well as replacing some windows and was very pleased with HomPRo's work. Matt (owner) came out to my house right after we talked the first time on the phone and gave a very clear picture of what needed to be done and the process of completing the project. Throughout the the process I was always informed of what the next step was. HomPRO's workers were always professional and friendly. The windows matched very nicely to the house and the stucco work blended right into the existing stucco. Great job! I was very pleased, and I would highly recommend HomePRO!

We needed all of our home windows and sliding doors replaced (13 windows, 2 doors) and found HomePro on the internet.  We received an immediate response to our inquiry, and Matt, the owner, came out quickly to see what we needed, what we wanted, and to start the process of preparing a quote.  We received the quote back quickly, and Matt advised us to compare his against other quotes before we made a decision.  This was very appreciated since a previous quote we had received from another company was provided with pressure to sign right away without getting other quotes.  Turns out HomePro's price was better, the windows were better, and no high pressure sales.

We live in a gated community and had to get approval from the Home Owner's Association.  Matt provided us with all the information so we could prepare our package to submit (HOA wanted it to come from us and not HomePro).  He was patient as we went through some delays because of review date changes, us apparently being the first to request retro fitted window replacement in the community, and the HOA wanting to be sure the windows would meet the community standards.  Once approved, Matt ordered the windows and we were on our way.  The windows came in quickly, and Matt set up an immediate appointment advising that it might take a few days to complete the job.  All went very smoothly.  The men that worked for Matt were courteous, and easily worked around me, my invalid mother, and 3 small, barking dogs to get all the windows and doors replaced.  They cleaned up each evening making it seem like they were never there.  We love the windows, they look great and are so much better than our old windows!  Even with 100 degrees outside, the windows are cool to the touch inside the house!  All of the windows and doors open and close, lock and unlock so easily.  I can't believe we lived so long with our old windows that didn't lock, were hard to open and close, and were foggy and hard to see through.  

Matt had also given us a quote for some stucco repair (from a botched repair done by the builders that now had large cracks that could let water in) and some siding replacement/repairs (due to dry rot).  These simple repairs will save us from some further damage down the line from rain and wind.  So glad they are stucco and siding experts as well as window experts so they could do these extra things for us at the same time.  And the stucco and paint matches so perfectly to the rest of the house, you cannot tell where they replaced it!  

We would highly recommend HomePro to everyone and have already given Matt's name to neighbors and family in case they need any window, stucco, siding replacement or repairs, and we will absolutely call Matt if we have any such needs in the future.  It was a great experience that we were dreading in the beginning before meeting Matt.  He was so professional and knowledgeable and made it clear from day one that his goal was to provide stellar service and wonderful products so we could relax and enjoy the process and the results.  Everything was done timely, and with great care to get it done right.

Oh, and forgot to mention that Matt's team took down all our curtains/drapes and blinds, handled them carefully, and then put them all back up after the windows were done.  They moved any furniture, and protected our carpets from dust/dirt. Excellent experience all around!

I just had my house painted a couple of weeks ago and I LOVE it! I used HomePro in 2000 and they did an excellent job. They replaced most of the siding on my house and then painted it, they installed new windows and two sliding glass doors. The workmanship was outstanding and crew was awesome. This time we decided to change the color on our house and Matt came to the rescue. I'm not very good at picking out colors. I knew what I wanted but needed Matt's help in making sure it was just the right color. He put several sample colors on the house to make it easier for me to make my selection. Then I decided I wanted a new door and a new window installed, which I'm so glad I did because it was just the finishing touch the hosue needed. There was also some dry rot that needed to be fixed and you can't even tell where it was. Mike was the crew leader and I know I must have driven him crazy because I kept adding more work to his list of things to do. He was so patient and is the best crew leader ever. He even replaced some broken cement roof tiles that I didn't even know were broken. Thank you Matt, Mike and all the crew at HomePro.



P.S. I did do my homework before I contracted with HomePro and got three bids, but only HomePro provided me with a complete and comprehensive list of work that needed to be done. There were no suprises and I knew the qoute I received would be the amount I paid. I am a very happy return customer of HomePro.

We have used Homepro for a couple of projects on our home. About a year or so ago we had them repair some minor stucco cracks.They did an excellent job matching the patch work to the existing stucco texture.This year we had them come back and replace several windows in our home.We have done this in two phases.The windows are absolutely beautiful and they are made here in California! The owner Matt Stevenson is fair with his pricing and encourages his customers to get several quotes for comparisson. His employees are hard working, skilled and take the extra time to clean up any mess before they leave. We would highly recommend Homepro!

The Tex-Cote material was great, but materials are only as good as the workmen who apply them. Everyone of the craftsmen who represented HomePRO brought with them a pride of workmanship that is rare. The new steel door you installed, the courtyard supports, the fascia, and the window trim were all worked on with outstanding results. The men were gracious and courteous and not only completed their work in a timely manner, but were positive and always used the utmost courtesy and concern for us during the entire process.

WE HAD SOME WOOD TRIM REMOVED FROM AROUND ABOUT A DOZEN WINDOWS.AND WANTED IT REPLACED WITH STUCCO LIKE THE SURROUNDING WALLS. A CONTRACTOR THAT WE USED SAID THAT HE COULD MATCH THE SURROUNDING TEXTURE. WELL, HE COULDN'T DO IT AND THE OUTCOME WAS VERY POOR. AFTER TWO MONTHS, WE GAVE UP ON HIM. THEN WE FOUND MATT OF HOMEPRO. HE GAVE US A BID AND ALSO MENTIONED THAT HE COULD REPLACE OUR OLD WINDOWS WITH HIGH EFFICIENCY ONES IF WE WANTED. IN THE END WE DECIDED TO GO FOR IT AND REPLACE THE WINDOWS WHILE THE STUCCO WORK WAS BEING REPAIRED. THE WORKERS AT HOMEPRO WERE VERY SKILLED AND HARD WORKING. THEY WERE ALWAYS AT OUR HOUSE EVERY DAY UNTIL THE WORK WAS DONE. THEY WERE REPECTFUL OF OUR PROPERTY AND ALWAYS CLEANED UP AT THE END OF THE DAY/JOB. Choosing HomePRO is one of the best decisions I have ever made as a homeowner. Ten years ago, I hired HomePRO to apply Tex-Cote to the outside stucco on my home in Fair Oaks. Ten years later...the coating still looks brand new. I honestly sleep better at night knowing my home is protected from the weather. We were extremely pleased with the results of our house makeover and so are all the people who see it. Due to the recent winter rain storms, I had to have my south facing stucco wall replaced. I called Home Pro and another contractor for estimates. Home Pro's price for an entirely new wall was only 25% more than the other contractor who only advised "patching" the wall. Home Pro not only replaced my wall, including new insulation but also replaced my bathroom window. The crews they sent out were Very Very hard workers who spent their time WORKING. The radio they played was kept at low volumn and musical. They showed up on time, never bothered me and most importantly never woke my husband who slept on the other side of the wall, and they cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Home Pro to my best friends for home repairs.

We were referred to HomePro by another client of theirs. We wanted a quote for having our windows replaced with retro-fitted dual pane windows. The owner himself came out to talk with us about what we wanted and our different options available to us. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable talking with him. He explained to us what the best options would be for our family. He seemed happy to educate us and he wasn't just selling us the highest priced products. He really wanted what would work for us. Two days later we received a nice folder with all the prices and breakdowns. He even included the pricing on a few things we weren't having done right then. All the pertinent information was included such as workers comp info and a copy of his contractor's license. We didn't have to ask for it. He doesn't contract his work out to a third party which is really what we were looking for. We had him install 11 windows and 1 sliding glass door. When the workers arrived they got to work quickly. They had all the old windows out and new ones installed in 8 hours. They came back the next day to do the finishing trim and clean up. They even did a small repair to our siding without charging us. Let me say that the clean up was awesome! I went over my backyard with a fine tooth comb looking for anything left behind. (We have 2 dogs and 4 kids so I was worried about broken glass) There wasn't a single bit of anything left behind! The men that did all the work were so nice. They even shared their lunch with my 4 year old son, who was very interested in all their tools. I was so impressed with all the work that we re-hired them to replace our front door this last week. They had it installed and finished in just a few hours. Again they cleaned up the site better than it was before they arrived. We plan on using them again this next year when we do the stucco on the house. I can't wait! Matt and his crew and an upstanding group of people that are honest and I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of their services!

Matt Stevenson was very professional, a good communicator with excellent follow through. His workers were consistant, respectful and did a great job doing repairs around our windows, repairing numberous cracks to our stucco, and painting our home with Textcote product. We had the work done a year ago and it is holding up well and we continue to get complements on look of our house. I would recommend this company.

I recently purchased a home in Citrus Heights, Ca., that had a lot of things wrong with it. One issue in particular was a hole on the stucco on the side of the house. I was fortunate enough to find HomePro! Matt (the owner) was out to my house quicker than any of the other contractors I called, and was by far the most professional. He quickly gave me an idea of how much it would cost to fix the issue, and was kind enough to stay around while I grilled him about several other questions I had on other problems. A couple days later I got a very professional packet with an easy to read breakdown of the costs and timeframes involved.



When the work started the HomePro workers were very professional. They stayed out of the way as much as possible, were quiet (no blaring radios here!), and were happy to answer questions. They even cleaned as they went along with the 4 days of work! They left our place cleaner than when they had got here!



Matt was great about checking in with us multiple times over the construction/repair period, and I never got the impression he was fishing for problems or upcharges.



In the end, we're more than happy with the work we had done with HomePro (New construction window, stucco repair in two places, window frame fix due to dryrot, flashing repair). They were affordable, friendly, fast, and more than willing to go the extra distance to give us additional help a TON of other questions we had. My only regret is that I don't have the money to have them do everything we have to have done with the house!
