Matt and his crew are fantastic. Matt is quick to respond to any phone call/text/e-mail. His crew shows up on time and cleans up daily.



The repairs included removing a patio cover to access the leaking window(s), replacing several windows, putting in a new sliding door, stucco removal/patching, dry rot repair and painting. We have been dealing with window leaks since we bought the house new 18 years ago (this was our 2nd major leak repair job). If you have water coming into your house when it rains, I can relate to the helpless feeling you get. Do yourself a favor and hire Matt to do the work. These guys truly are experts in this type of work.



Homepro will probably not be the cheapest quote you receive, but if you are willing to pay a little extra for quality work that you will not be fixing again in 12 years like I had to, do yourself a favor and hire Matt and his crew. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Water leak from faulty stucco. Other stucco people were flakey and didn't follow thru. Matt responded right away and commenced work within couple days. Crew was polite, professional and work appears top notch. Showed up everyday and everything was completed within one week of my initial phone call to them. wow. These guys are professional and warrantied the work.

Using “Home Pro” for our second phase of refinish work to our stucco walls was a huge success. We had four walls resurfaced with Tex-Cote along with installation of 2 new entry doors. And to our surprise, the discovery of dry rot damage around the window and its wall required additional reconstruction of the damaged wood framing and replacement of the original stucco..



As usual, the workmen were punctual, professional, approachable and very skilled at their trade. Matt kept us informed along the away regarding the additional requirements and progress of the work. Our lawn and shrubs were well protected and the preparation and clean-up was very thorough.



The total job was completed in a timely matter with the additional work load and the final product was exceptional.

I had a major dry rot problem with the majority of the fascia boards on my house. I knew I would have to hire a contractor, but, never having done so before, I was uneasy with the prospect of doing so. The first contractor that came to my home was highly recommended by my insurance company. After which, I contacted Matt Stevenson, President, of HomePro. Matt came to my home where we inspected the damage together. What I noticed immediately was that he was much more observant and thorough than the first contractor, spent twice the time with me, and also educated me along the way. Matt assured me that no subcontractors would be used during my job, which was also important to me. Because of these attributes as well as providing a 4 year warranty on labor and materials, I hired HomePro for the job.

Matt’s crew members were always polite, and were respectful to me and my property. They were very task focused, and their workmanship, in my opinion, was excellent. They were also very meticulous about keeping the job site clean, orderly and safe. Impressive!!

Seven years ago HomePRO worked on our home by Tex-Coting the stucco on the back and sides of our house and placing Vinyl Siding in the front. We were then and still are completely satisfied with the work they did for our home! Matt Stevenson was very clear and professional in regards to the estimate and what to expect. His crew were very polite and professional as well. The stucco and siding still look great to this day! I would not hesitate to refer HomePRO to any of my friends or family.

I am a repeat client, so you know that I was pleased with Home Pro' s work the first time. I have a termite warranty with a pest control company that requires a periodic home inspection. The most recent inspection found excess condensaton under the main portion of the house. The recommendation was to install 6 new foundaton vents for increased air flow. Of course, the pest control company provided an estimate to do the work...no breakdown of specific work or the price...just a flat amount. Since Home Pro had installed Tex-Cote on the stucco portion of the house 2 years ago, it occurred to me that the company might be able to do the work. I contacted Matt Stevenson, who came out and reviewed the pest control report & verified that he could do the work. His estimate delineated the scope of work & pricing precisely. It ended up costing more than what was quoted by the pest control company, but I know the cost for the Tex-Cote process around the new vents was not considered in the pest control estimate because I mentioned the process to the inspector and he did not seem to acknowledge that it was a different process than just stucco.



The work took 4 days and looks great! The crew cleaned up everyday. The vents cut into the stucco blend in flawlessly, wih the color match perfect. I've come to find a company that I will use without hesitation for any future stucco, siding or window work.

I was looking for a liscensed contractor to replace some trim boards on our

Roseville home. This would require removing them from stucco that had been tex-coted.I contaced Matt at HomePro he not only came out and gave me a free estimate he arrived on time. His bid was reasonable, we agreed on a start date. Like Matt his crew started on time every day untill job was compleated. Boards replaced, sealed & tex-cote replaced on work area. All work was very professional, clean up every day was excellent. It was a pleasure to work with them, would recommend to anyone.

We are completely happy with our choice to have Matt and his team install vinyl siding on our home. However, the process we went through to arrive at this choice was challenging. We mention this to highlight Matt's expertise in addressing our concerns and helping us sort through the conflicting information we heard from a number of other companies. Our hope is that it helps someone else avoid the uncomfortable process we went through.



There are obviously many competitors in the home siding field and several products to choose from. We went into the process open-minded regarding both. However, after receiving five bids that varied in price by as much as $20,000 for the same job, we were confused and frustrated. Each company we talked to came highly recommended and had ample experience. With one notable exception, they arrived on time and were prepared for the discussion. Most of them gave us bids within 24 hours of the initial visit, although the bids varied considerably in the level of detail. We ruled out Home Depot immediately as they were clearly not even in the right ballpark. So we were down to four bids when Matt came out for his appointment. He arrived on time, as he always has, and he was very low-pressure in his presentation. He addressed every issue we raised and provided websites and addresses for us to verify his information and do additional research on our own. Matt willingly drove by several homes of his competitors to help us understand the product options. His price was not the lowest, but it was very competitive. Within a few days, we felt very comfortable with all of the information Matt gave us about his preferred product and installation philosophy. While we initially thought six bids was serious overkill, it took that many for us to meet Matt and realize he should have been our first choice. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and skilled. His crew is fabulous. We recommend you make him your first call for vinyl siding and save yourself a lot of grief and hassle!

Matt from HomePro came out to do a free estimate for some cracks in our exterior stucco. First I was impressed that he actually showed up at the scheduled time because if you’ve dealt with some other contractors they appear to have their own time zones. Secondly, he was knowledgeable about the work that was required and took the time to explain his process. Again, other contractors that “specialize” in stucco didn’t leave me as confident. That evening, he emailed a quote for the work detailing everything we discussed.



As you might guess, I had scheduled estimates with other contractors… something Matt even suggested. Making that recommendation was either pure courtesy or incredible shrewdness on Matt’s part because clearly none of the other guys impressed. At any rate, between the other scheduled estimates, work, and life; I neglected to respond to Matt’s original quote and believe it or not he actually followed up a week later! The decision was simple at that point.



His crew came out to do the work and finished in 2 days just as quoted. The stucco repairs were professionally done and blended in with the existing stucco perfectly. They even caught some things I didn’t even notice. Sure the repairs were in the contract but it’s nice to know they took pride in their work and went beyond the obvious.



I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the HomePro team for stucco repairs. Matt would recommend getting other estimates but frankly save yourself the time and energy. For the professionalism and reasonable prices, you really can’t find better in town.

It became apparent our 51-year-old house needed some stucco repair so we called in three contractors for bids. Matt was the only one that took time to explain the work needing to be done so we would have no surprises. Well, we still found additional work but again Matt walked us through carefully, covering each part of the job in a very professional manner. It was a great experience working with Matt. He is very friendly and really works his clients. The gentlemen that had come that day to replace our sliding patio door were great and very punctual and very friendly. I could tell they really wanted to make sure they did a good job. We had three estimates done to include HomePro and Matt's estimate was the lowest, especially considering we liked that if there are ever any issues we can contact the manufacturer of the door directly, as opposed to other companies you must go through the company who probably go through someone else.
