Palmetto Utilities Inc

I had someone fro Palmetto Utilities come to my house yesterday and tell me they had to do work in the man hole that is located in my driveway. I ask that they let me know when they plan this work as it is in the middle of my driveway. He just laughed and said they just come out when ever. I told him I would need to move cars. Did not seem to care. If Palmetto is gong to screw us with almost a 40% increase they could at least be respectful to their customers.
This I believe is just another example of companies in the Carolina's not caring about their customers.

Great office staff. Friendly, courteous and knowledgable folks who make you feel welcomed. It was pleasant working with them to get an account established.
