Lugoff Elgin Water Authority

Carol was very helpful and cordial when I saw her to initiate service this morning. But the lady I spoke with on the phone yesterday, not so much. I’m glad I didn’t have the very negative experience other reviewers have posted.

Why cant you give negative stars??? This place is Horrid. I have late fess before before im even notified I owe a bill! No two ppl give you same info/answers. Took me 3 calls to get wtaer connected after the last tenants had it cut off for non-payment and I'm stuck with the bill??!

The females that work at LEWA are rude. Every time I have needed to go in there, they act horrible. As if I am an in inconvience to them. Horrible customer service!

No one ever tells you the same thing when you call with an issue. They seem to be unable to get all of their eggs into one basket. Terrible customer service and slow to fix their mistakes.
