I work with numerous clients helping them select plumbing fixtures for their new or newly remodeled homes. The service I always receive at Moore Supply, is outstanding! The staff is extremely knowledgeable...and the products are superior to what you often find in a "big box store". I recommend making an appointment...their showroom can get busy. Then, prepare to be "wow-ed"!

In an era of big box stores, the little guy can have a great location and a great attitude to attract business. Moore has neither at the moment.



After attempting to buy a small container of plumbing putty and WD-40, I was refused service due to the system being down. When asking if I could leave cash... I was refused. When I asked to speak to someone in charge, I was told just how much they really didn't care. The floor staff was fantastic. Management was deplorable.



With a change in management and a focus on the customer, it could be a great alternative to the larger stores. As it stands, I wont waste my time on a company that cannot handle a cash transaction without calling to get permission from Pennsylvania.
