Bill Porter did a great job! He was on time, upfront about the estimated cost. The pipe behind my washing machine was clogged and overflowed every time it ran a spin cycle. He cleared that line & the main line under my mobile home. He stayed through an entire quick wash cycle (35 mins) to make sure it didn't overflow again and that there were no leaks. He even went so far as to call someone for the information on a special part I needed and then emailed me the information later that same day. Great, hard-working, honest guy! Would definitely use again!

I called Bill because my kitchen sink was leaking where the water faucet would turn off and on. Bill came out and gave me the option of either him fixing the leak or replacing the entire faucet. I chose just to have him fix the leak. He was quick to answer the call and had everything fixed by that afternoon. This was 4 months ago and the faucet has worked perfectly ever since.
