Russell's Heating & AC Inc

We had Eric from Russell's out last week. He barely checked our heat pump decided that it needed a $1500 repair. It's only 2 years old. We have called Russell's 4-6 times since then asking to speak to a manager or to Eric. Neither have returned our calls. This is the worst customer service we've ever had to deal with. I would never recommend them to anyone. Also, the tech made remarks about the tenant's energy bill without any of the history or knowledge of tenant's appliance use in front of the tenant. Also, very unprofessional. If we could rate below a 1 we would.

Russell’s installed a new system and ran new lines last year. Chad T. was the technican who performed our first yearly maintenance. He was very efficient, polite and knowledgable. It’s comforting to know quality technicans like Chad are taking care of service after the sale. Thank you Russell’s!

My furnace failed catastrophically one Friday morning, just at the start of the coldest week of the season. Rocco Catalano correctly diagnosed the problem, arranged to have the entire unit replaced, and setup financing on the spot. Dustin Wilson installed a new gas furnace/ac the next morning in less than 3 hours, despite the cold and rain. I am truly impressed with their professionalism. The new furnace works great without a single problem.

I highly recommend using Russell's Heating and Cooling. Our service technician, Rocco Catalano, arrived on time and was very professional and informative. He assessed our unit, explained what needed to be done, and made sure I didn't have any unanswered questions. I will definitely use this company again.
