A positive experience from start to finish. I expanded my basic single zone multi-floor system into multiple zones and repositioned the equipment to maximize the use of the surrounding space. The specific details of the installation were well communicated so that everyone was together as to what was wanted for the final product. The initial quotes provided 3 levels of equipment allowing me to choose the best options for my needs and due to lower overhead and minimal markup it was 40-45% lower than competition. Reps were on time, courteous, professional and gave me a feeling of respect for both me and my home. Once complete, techs did not leave until my questions were answered following an explanation of the system, its operation, maintenance and recommendations for maximum efficiency. The final purchase price matched exactly to the quoted price, no surprises once the equipment was installed. Rick's team impressed me throughout and I recommend them to friends, family and coworkers.

They are the best in town! Gave exceptional service, very efficient and fast. They even did some work that I didn't even know was needed. Explained everything that they were doing and how the system should work. Even gave me some helpful hints about other things. I will never call anyone else and will recommend Rick's to anyone that mentions A/C.

This is the absolute worst contractor I have ever used!!! Our a/c is under warranty and it stopped working. He came to our house to fix it and turned an on off switch which took a total of 5 minutes. He billed us $150. I called to ask, very nicely, if he would consider lowering the bill because it seemed a little steep and that is when he started screaming, and I mean screaming at me!!! I would give anything if I could have gotten him on tape. He was extremely unprofessional and told me he didn't care what I thought and that the bill was $150 and that he was going to call his attorney to collect his fee!!! I have no idea why he became such a hot head but I was nothing but kind to this man. He is truly unprofessional. All he needed to do was so I'm sorry but I just can't lower the bill, that is the cost. Instead he had me in tears! I have never dealt with someone in the "service" industry acting so poorly. It was an awful experience. Please think twice before using this provider.

We recently replaced our entire heating and air conditioning system. Rick's Heating and Air Conditioning was professional and completed the job when they said they would. Their employees were friendly and I felt very comfortable having them in my home. At one point, I had pretty much the entire crew working on replacing our system. There are family members working for the company and it shows. They really care about their work and want to make sure their customer's are satisified. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing heating or air conditioning work completed.
