Extremely professional. We needed our flu fixed for our water heater and they cam out earlier than originally scheduled. They were very upfront about the price and what needed to be done. All of the work has a lifetime gaurantee. They were able to get the parts to repair the chimney within an hour and completed the work on the same day. Extremely happy with the work, speed, clean-up and professionalism. Wonderful company.

The people are very friendly, but I felt taken advantage of. The chimney sweep part was fine, but be very careful before you buy extra services. The extra service preformed took less than a half hour and I was charged $200. They schedule time for your appointment to do work that you didn't know you needed, but you are scared that your house will burn down if you don't do it. Buyer beware!
