Easy Housekeeping Shops

I wouldn't give this repair shop one star but I couldn't post without putting one star. I brought my vacuum here for 15+ years & was charged approximately $70 per visit. The last time my 84 year old friend brought the vacuum in for me. We tried to replace the belt but couldn't because the last time I brought it to this business, they glued the cover down & we were unable to take it off. When my friend brought it in, he asked if & why it was glued and the owner walked away and did not answer. This is how you treat customers? So for over 15 years & lots of money this business ripped me off and took advantage of me ( single mother). DO NOT take your vacuum to Easy Housekeeping in Chelmsford.

We purchased a meile vac from Easy Housekeeping in 1997. During that time they have repaired the unit twice and it is running beautifully. This company does a great job with service and gives their customers good advice. Their prices are very fair
