        I paid over $300 to have two p...

        I paid over $300 to have two parts replaced in my refrigerator at Buddy's, only to have one of them completely go out 87 days later--less than 3 months. Since my service ticket did not have a warranty on it, I called to ask how long they guarantee their work. I was surprised to hear only 30 days.



        One of two things happened--either Buddy's is buying sub-standard parts that don't even last 90 days, or their service technicians are not as good as they want you to believe. I asked the lady if I could trade in my fridge for credit towards a purchase at Buddy's (I wanted to recoup at least part of my $300) but was told they don't do that.



        Buyer/Repairer Beware. Your warranty is only good for 1 month.
