While their refinishing of my floors was satisfactory, they left a mess on my walls and then their rep used demeaning tactics to get out of taking any responsibility for restoring the walls. This was very bad customer service. I almost didn't give them the job to begin with based on the unhelpful, unappealing presentation of their representative.
