Wow, I install flooring and was about to purchase an order of hardwood from this location because of it's close proximity to the job, but after reading these terrible reviews, i think i'll pass. Good customer reviews are very important to me in my business. If i were management Premium Wood Floors and Supply, i would definately fix the problem if i valued my reputation.

MY NAME IS ERIC FROM E&S AMD SONS CORP I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY SINCE THE EARLY 90S HERSHY AND COMPANY WATCHED MY CHILDREN GROW AND THEY NOW RUN MY COMPANY THEY HAVE ALLWAYS DONE THE RIGHT THING BY US . I know the customer STILL having a problem with flooring at this place. It was reported to PC Wood Floors(also known as Premium Wood) JUST 2 Months after installation). Yes, as of today, 20 JULY 2011 (now 9 MONTHS) after problem occurred, NOAH who takes care of claims from this place, is giving customer a HARD TIME!! We are talking about 9 months of emails, calls and even going down to this place to try to resolve issue. DO YOU WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO YOU? STAY FAR AWAY or HOPE YOU DON'T HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR FLOORING.

I went to PC Wood Floors to see their selection of wood flooring. Before I would invest a large sum of money, needed to check what other consumers have experienced. My research informed me that this distributor had soo many Bad Reviews. Needless to say, I Went Somewhere Else to purchase my flooring. Even though the staff at this distriutor were friendly, I was worried about having a problem with flooring. If they didn't take care of the customer who only had their flooring for 2 months, they won't take care of any customer. Obviously, staff friendly but customer service Not So Friendly. Lost Me As a Customer.
As for the 2 good reviews by franlkcasta and Mike_Hue567, staff may be friendly as I agreed BUT what happens when flooring has problem. Hope you don't have to experience what customer with flooring experience After Just Two Months.
The only other good review is by goodwood1 Who Is a Floor Installer and Agrees To Charge Customer if flooring has a problem. DO I HAVE TO SAY ANYTHING ELSE?
This installer Doesn't Want To Put Money Out of HIS POCKET, he would rather it come out of the Customers Pocket.

There are 3 Good reviews and 9 BAD REVIEWS. I have read all reviews on this site and it seems the major issue with this place is warranty. Read customer had flooring for 2 months when it started to have problems.(Scratching & Chipping)
All this customer wanted was someone to come and see floor. They wanted this customer to PAY FOR SOMEONE TO COME AND VIEW FLOOR. This is THE RESPONSIBILITY OF PC WOOD FLOORS NOT THE CUSTOMER. Even an INTERIOR DESIGNER won't Go To This Place. I will be joining the Interior Designer and Won't Go Here.

I've been doing business with PC for over 20 years and have never had a bad experience. A couple of times minor issues came up and were handled professionally and efficiently. I've tried on occasion other distributors in the area and have always came back to PC due to their great sales staff.

Wow, this place is real ly Not Liked. The review Problem Flooring really court my eye. (and apparently many others) Thanks to this consumer , many other consumers are aware of their Bad Experience. Add me to the List of ANOTHER LOST CUSTOMER.

I contacted establishment for information Before I read reviews. Warranty is Extremely Important for me In my business. I do associate with many flooring companys and when there was a problem with flooring, They NEVER asked me to Pay for Inspection. I CAN'T POSSIBLY with this establishment.

When I bought my floor for my house I asked my neighbors and friends they all recommended me to PC , I went to their showroom they helped me with my layouts and ideas for the parquet and borders, I must say I am really happy that I made this decision … really nice and straightforward people …

I am a flooring installer and customer of PC Wood Floors for over 7 years, I used to buy my flooring before at Hoboken floors I must say no one in the flooring industry can beat their level of quality / knowledgeable trained sales team / service,
I have purchased from them throughout large and small, standard and high end flooring never had a problem,
Since I am in this industry for a long time and had customers that took advantage over floors I installed blaming me over scratched \ abused etc. I designed a form for my customer’s to sign that they will pay if it’s not my fault for inspection, I personally don’t see anything wrong, (smart business decision).
Again if you’re looking for a Quality Floor & Professional Friendly Team and Service…. Go to PC Wood Floors only.

She is good friends with the person that is having problems with this place.(see review Problem Flooring, 2 mos old). After hearing story of how this place refuses to send someone to see flooring Unless customer PAYS, I am convinced to stay away. Everyone who knows customer with problem is telling everyone they know to stay away. BELIEVE ME, YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU GO HERE if your flooring has a problem. Their warranty isn't worth anything. DON'T TAKE CHANCE.....GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Need 2300 sq ft of flooring for my business. I always check for reviews on the internet to see what other people have written. WOW, so glad I did. There is NO WAY I would purchase from a business that doesn't stand behind their products. Why have a waranty if you don't honor it! Warranties are for the sole purpose of making things right. This business wants a client to pay for an inspection that should be their responsibility. My advice is take care of your clients and stand behind your products. The internet is a powerful tool, and this client is livid and espressed themselves perfectly. It convinced me to STAY AWAY.

Always read reviews before purchasing anything. In this case, I needed a large sum of Hardwood Flooring for my business. After reading reviews, I have come to the conclusion that this business has a warranty BUT doesn't stand behind it. The client with the problem flooring expressed themselves perfectly. They convinced me to give my business to another company. Will Not Give My Business To This Company. LOST A VERY GOOD CLIENT.

After reading a review about flooring that is only 2 months old and having many problems, just can't take a chance. You would think that the warranty would allow someone to come and inspect problem flooring for free. Not at this place. They want the customer to pay (around $500) for inspection. I agree with other reviewers and will not go to this warehouse.

RESEARCHER: Researched this Distributor....Do Not Go
Reputation of this distributor is "The Worst"!!!!! (according to reviews on web)
From my research, it seems consumers are staying away because of numerous issues.
The BIGGEST Issue seems to be their warranty on flooring. They have one, but, Don't Honor it.
If there is a problem with their flooring, even though it is within the warranty periord, they want consumers to pay just for someone to view floor. The cost would be anywhere between $500 and $650(according to my research).
They are friendly when purchasing but the opposite when problem arises. There seems to be a gentleman by the name of Noah who handles all flooring problems. When consumer wants his contact info so they can talk about issue, his response was 'THERE IS NOTHING TO TALK ABOUT". (Not exactly professional)
SUMMARY: NOT Consumer Friendly if there is a Flooring Problem
Does NOT stand behind their Warranty
Refuses to Send Someone to View Problem Flooring UNLESS
Consumer Pays ($500-$650)

Unfortunately, after 2 months my flooring started to scratch,dent and now chip. We are talking about a $6,000 Problem. I was told send in photos of flooring and then someone will come to inspect flooring. Now they want ME TO PAY FOR INSPECTION if jobsite related. NOWHERE in WARRANTY is this stated. In an email with NOAH, asked for his contact number,title and location. NOAH responded with THERE IS NOTHING TO TALK ABOUT and didn't give me his contact number,title or location. After a few more emails, he Just gave me his contact number. I asked again for his title and location and NEVER received this info(Extremely Unproffesional). I felt I had to write this review to warn others about how this place. In my opinion, if you do decide to purchase from them, you Better Hope there is no problem with your flooring. **** Do You Really Want To Take This Chance???? *****
