The owner is capable of doing good work -- what he did well in my house is nice. But they take too many jobs and get very, very sloppy, and the crew is incompetent and not paid well enough to demand good work. Supervision is nil, and the result is disastrous. Five years after work ended on our house, we still (right at this moment in fact) have a contractor fixing the problems. It's cost us thousands and thousands of dollars. Windows were set into frames with nothing holding them, porch beams were held up with finishing nails, insulation is non-existent, our pipes in NEW CONSTRUCTION freeze every winter, and the electrical was just downright dangerous. We were told by two people that we were lucky our house didn't burn down. We permitted the whole process, but the Washington County inspectors are beyond useless -- don't count on that. If you consider using this company, you'd better watch them like a hawk and know enough about construction to assess what they are doing. Better still, go with someone else.
