Have had this business work on my home products twice now. First putting in a tankless water heater. Excellent recommendation on selection the hot water heater. Cleaned up the mess and finished in a timely manor, no leaks, no problems, even the boss came out to inspect the job. Second, to fix a leak water spout on the front my house this winter 2016, fixed it with no problem, recommended ways to keep it from leaking, and fixed it within an hour. Great business to work with!

The company started out like a great deal. First: "free evaluation & estimate.." Second: quick scheduling. Now the bad parts. Last by 1hr. w/ no call. After that the man wouldn't answer any of my questions. Then as he started ripping apart my boiler & said he had to leave for a little bit to go to his shop to grab the right part. He left & didn't get back for almost two hrs. After he started putting more on then we had first talked about then started working on my expansion tank & didn't take his time to get the solder to hold. So he through on a shark bit link. After he was done I found that the cut off valve he installed was leaking, so I pointed it out to him & he tried to tell me it wasn't & it would stop. BS, so I had to watched it until he fixed it. After he took all of five mins to start it up but not insure full operation. Then at the end of it all he raised his estimate because he had to run to Home Depot & not to his shop & buy a part. So after fighting over that & the shote work. If I was you I'd go elsewhere.
