Deck Helmet

My husband and I were excited to have Deck Helmet come out and give us an estimate to have our deck repaired and sealed. We made an appointment for a Friday evening. The night before, I received a barely intelligible message from the Deck Helmet rep indicating that the "system" had double booked and he would need to reschedule us for the next Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. I called back and left a message that we would like to set the reschedule for Wednesday and asked that he call back to confirm. No call back. I called him back Monday and left a message reiterating my prior message. No call back. And no rep came out Wednesday. Completely turned off by this company and their utter lack of customer service. Moving on to Long Fence!

They were all very professional - I still remember thinking what a classy bunch of guys they were. And of course the 5 stars means that the deck was as awesome as I could have hoped for... Will definitely use again in the future.

It was costly but a lot less than rebuilding. Overall, they did a good job, neatly and I like the finished look.

I came to the conclusion that their restoration process best fit my situation and more so budget. The end result is remarkable. I must say that I am extremely happy.
