Overall, they were very professional and did a great job cleaning the ducts. Obviously, that is why I had them out. I more so have an issue with two other things.



1. They disconnected my humidifier and then told my wife to have an HVAC contractor out to reconnect it. This adds another $100 to the bill.



2. I bought a groupon for $59 that they advertised as a 'whole-house" air duct cleaning and that it was up to a $333.95 value". I did some research and thought that wa stoo good to be true, but I was not expecting it to be a world away from the truth. On top of the "$333.95" value, It ended up costing $770.00 for the cleaning. So basically, they advertise $59 and it cost an additional $770.00. I would say that is boarderline bait and switch really and found it extremely misleading.



Just expect to spend far above and beyond any advertised price.

The team called to let me know they were on their way to my house. They arrived on time and were very polite and friendly. They took care of my home and carpet. The carpets look Great!!!

VERY WELL! The recepionist i spoke with to book the appointment was very nice and professional, they worked with me to todo one big room for the same price instead of three small rooms. The guys were right on time and called in advance to let me know they were on the way. The cleaning solutions smelled great and the results were fantastic! KRIS and JOE were professional and thorough, did a great job, i will use the co again in the future and would be happy to give referals.

The service was excellent. 5 STARS for customer service. Tehy arrived promptly at the tiem of service and gave a thorough inspection. They went above and beyond what my expectations were. example.... taking the blower motor to be cleaned. They are an excellent example of an entrepreneur company that is sure to expand to bigger things. I would recomend them to family and friends 100%. My friend refered me to them.... now i see why 100000000 TIMES HAPPY!

We had the air duct cleaning from a Living Social deal. Richard was extremely professional and knowledgeable. No pressure to get additional services. We could breath better in our house right away. We are having him come back to clean our carpets this week.

FANTASTIC!!! Great service super friendly.. Felt safe with them in my home. Vents were a mess-not anymore. Every home needs this maintenance on a regular basis! They are very knowledgeable and will walk you through how the whole air system works.

I had purchased a "We Deal" coupon and had no difficulties scheduling a carpet cleaning or dealing with the staff at Breathe-Rite. The technician called prior to the appointment time to let me know he was available to come earlier, so he arrived about an hour prior to the originally scheduled time. He did a great job -- I would use their services again in the future if needed, and would recommend them.

Kris and Rico came today and cleaned my air ducts. I felt really bad for them because, the day before, I looked inside my vents with a camera and they had to be some of the dirtiest nastiest ducts I have ever seen. They worked their butts off for 4 hours and did an amazing job. The price was much less than I expected and cheaper than other companies I contacted. My ducts are spotless and the guys were professional and friendly, what more could you really ask for? I will be calling them to repeat this process next year and will recommend them to anyone that I know. A+++

I purchased an outstanding Groupon form Breathe-Rite for $49 to clean the carpets in 3 rooms. My busy schedule was not a problem when I called to make an appointment. They were very accommodating. They told me my appointment would be between 9 and 11, but Kris called to confirm he was going to be right at 9. Kris was very professional and made magic happen. My carpets are now immaculate! I will definitely be using Breathe-Rite for all my future cleanings!
