Signature Cleaners

This local cleaner is a complete rip off. They quote me a price to clean a lab coat which was already higher than any of the other 4 cleaners within 2 blocks and when I went to pick it up, they increased the charge by another 20%. I will never go back although they are the closest cleaners to where I live - there are several other good cleaners within 2 blocks who are less expensive, very much more pleasant to deal with and provide significantly faster service. Thes epoeple won't stay in busibness long and shouldn't - they don't deserve support from their neighbors

This place is a total rip. I dropped off a comforter and told them I wanted it LAUNDERED, they insisted it needed to be DRYCLEANED and quoted me $60. I told them I paid $80 for it! So they came down to $50. Well guess what, folks? I took it out of the bag, and it is still damp and smells like SOAP.... they LAUNDERED IT!!! I could have taken it to the coin laundry for less than five bucks!! I AM PISSED!!!!!

so I took my comforter there with a few shirts and sweaters to get cleaned and while I have taken my clothes in tons of times to other cleaners that day most cleaners were closed. so I ended up paying 100 plus tax to get it cleaned and two shirts of mine never made it back. when I called them they said they would check and call me back ... 3 days go by so I call again and tell them I will never come back and was frustrated by their lack of responsibility they showed me and they called me back and described a shirt to me that was nothing like I had told them not even the same color just to seem like they actually did a search. bottom line for them is themoney they don't care about your property or customers to them well its your problem, go buy yourself another replacement if you can find it. thanks for the advice ill keep that in mind

What can i say i'v been having my clothing altered at signature cleaners for about a year now and i have never been disappointed.Their prices are very affordable and my peaces are ready on time customer service is great. Kim the manager is really sweet and she makes my cloths look great on me. I rate Signature Cleaners 5 stars and i'm looking forward to my next visit . (^___^)

Although this Dry Cleaning place did a relatively good job on my clothing, I am seriously disappointed with the service. Before I dropped my dry cleaning off, I asked for a quote of what each piece would cost to have cleaned there. He previously quoted that both of my coats (one wool and the other corduroys) would cost $7.99 each, and the sweater for like $5.29. Well, that sounded reasonable. But, when I returned, he charged me more than what was previously quoted! He billed me $30.20 for my clothing. Which in reality should have cost like maybe $25 with tax! I understand people have to make a living, but come on! Don't be deceitful, and tell your customer one thing, and charge them something totally different! That's one sure fire way to lose business, which by the way they will not be receiving mine again!
