Sam was amazing! This was the first time I’ve had our ducts cleaned on a 5 year old house. He was very through and explained everything step by step. I called about an air-flow problem to the second floor of my home. I got great advice over the phone. A week later, I called again after seeing how gross the inside of my vents looked. The Extreme air duct cleaning crew came out two days later and on time! Three hours later, my ducts looked almost like new and air was finally flowing well to the bedrooms.
