Spotless Carpet Care

This business was only wanting to collect the payment by cash. Payment have paid, then the promise said, the technicians are on the way to the job site within half an hour-Never show up. The next day; we called, then another story that they had a major car wreck. However, the technician has been scheduled for the job-Again never show up nor call. The third day, they did not even pick up nor return our calls when they recognized the telephone numbers. The service has not ever preformed, they have still kept our money. We would not even rate one star for this business. We strongly do not recommend this business for anyone.

My best friend had her carpet cleaned by this company. When she got home she discovered her weed eater was stolen along with all of her husband's cologne. This business has 37 complaints with the Better Business Bureau and to make matters worse, her carpet (which is less than a year old) was not even cleaned properly. Save your money! Use another company.
