Very professional and very helpful. He was able to come out within an hour and had my washing machine fixed within 30 min! My warrant ran out a month before my problem and best buy was willing to come out for over a hundred and take a look, not including repairs! I saved a lot with him and now have clean clothes again! will use again if ever needed and will refer to others
