This is a scam. He'll visit you once, try to fix something, saying that it's almost finished. Then he won't come back saying that the weather is too poor, when it actually isn't. If you want to lose or waste money, then this is your guy. Try to find someone else to repair your appliances. He won't return your money, and is not honest in his work. Go elsewhere!

I had a great experience with Joe's Appliance Repair, I'm not sure what happened with the rest of these folks. I initially found his contact info on Craigslist. I called him (Joe) last night after work, he answered and agreed to come the next morning to fix my dryer. Joe arrived at my place promptly when we agreed, fixed my broken dryer in 20 minutes (while I quizzed him on how dryers work) and charged a very reasonable rate. Great service! I've been recommending him to friends all day.

I wish I had googled this guy's number before I hired him off craigslist. Had I read all these reviews prior, I would not be a victim. I am pretty upset over him just taking my money and thinking it's ok. He came over to my place and said he would fix my dryer, he said he had built a new motor and showed me how it "now works". Well the dryer only worked while he was there. Once he was gone and he took my money, getting a hold of him has been crazy impossible. I texted him everyday and everyday he had a different excuse such as I'm out of town, or I have too many clients but I will try to make it. I missed days from work because he said he was on his way. I can't believe he kept me believing for so long. He stopped answering my phone calls and text messages, kept sending me to voicemail. He is just straight up scamming people with no regard. I'm filing a BBB complaint against him and I'm also contacting the attorney general. There are only two reviews that are 5 stars here and I'm almost certain they are from him. They both come from a "Jones" who is associated with this guy. Joe and Delany Jones. I don't think he has given anyone any type of good service ever. Oh well, lesson learned. Next time I will make certain to research someone with better reviews or maybe just find a more reliable source for this type of need.

Nothing short of total scam artists. Joe and Delaney Jones cannot not be trusted with money or appliances. They do not honor their warranties, service calls or refunds. If you want to throw money away, walk outside and toss it, you will be better off. If you see them, call police and have them arrested for impersonating business people.

Do not buy from this guy sold me a dishwasher that wouldn't work and then told me he would be out to fix it then he didn't and then changes phone number. He is a scam!!!!!!

Do not waste your time and hard earned money on Joe! Sure he will give you a 45 day warranty but what good is it if he does not answer your phone call. He will sale you appliances that don t work and are not fixable and then you are on your own to buy something else again. His voicemail is not set up for a reason, so you can not reach him!

Be aware of his cash only payment, because you are screwed over as soon as he leaves.

CAN'T BE TRUSTED - I saw his ad on craigslist, and called him to purchase a white whirlpool. When he arrived (late) it was a completely different dryer. ONLY a 2-cycle which is aweful. I told him I did not want it, So he offered to fix my old dryer instead and left the dryer he brought with him in exchange. He said he would be back in 3-days. Never came, Never called to cancel and I still have not heard from him yet. Now I am left with a Dryer probably from the 80's while this guy took my new dryer which is probably an easy fix, and is going to make a profit out of scamming people and ripping them off. Horrible service. This is not how you do business.

If you look at the first few reviews, you can tell they look like they've been written by the same person, those EXACT same reviews are also on other web pages like yellowbot ect. The guy probably copy/pastes fake reviews to get more people he can rip off.

DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!!! He took my washer 2 weeks ago, and constantly says I'll have it back the next day the next day the next day. He hasn't been back and now he isn't answer his phone. He's not reliable. Please do not waste your time.

This technician didnt get bother with my self or my kids asking questions, also was very reasonable, and called back couple of days later to check on washer, THATS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, referred a friend to him, and he was glad he used him to...for the service He gave, He probably deserved alot more than I paid, but i am glad He was so reasonable...Hopefully no others appliances break down, but if they do I am calling Joe First...

This Guy was great to me and my kids, He was fast and friendly, had a dryer & washer issue, he called before ariving was very knowledgable ...and I thought it was going to cost me alot based on the other techs estimates but Joe worked with me and made it within my budget, and still gave me a warranty of 90 days, I am glad I called this company and if anything else goes out I will call him again, thx JOE

Terrible terrible terrible. The by the dryer from the sky and it lasted about 4 cycles. He guarenteed his work and product and he came to fix it once and then quit answering. He finally answered and sided that he could come but only in the morning time so the schedule to make an appointment for the early time any cancelled he did not call he did not answer he did not say anything but send a text that said that he would have to reschedule for a later time we would not be available. This guy is not reliable he is not punctual and cannot guarantee his work.
