Marcus and Patrick from Alterra were super nice and did what they needed to do. The eaves covered with webs and Patrick took his time and cleaned the eaves all around the house. Marcus sprayed inside and when I asked for double spray in the kitchen he had no problem reapplying. They guys were super nice to our dog too. Looking forward to having a spider/ant and all bug free home this summer.

Just had my initial visit from Gregory today and everything about the service was TOP NOTCH! I have a big Brown Widow problem and was able to tell him my concerns and unlike every other pest control company that has been out here in the past, he sprayed my entire perimeter three times, all of the cracks in between the patio tiles, under pots, on my trampoline, got rid of all webs and underneath all of my patio furniture. In addition he sprayed inside and was very informative and thorough! I feel so secure now when in the past I have felt less than satisfied. GREGORY was knowledgable and had a great demeanor! I have had a lot of issues with earwigs and spiders over the last 2 years. I have been thinking about pest control service, but it seemed to expensive. Alterra offered a reasonable start-up fee and continued maintenance plan. Gregory V showed up today for my first "treatment" he was professional, knowledgeable and polite. He took the time to listen to and address all of my concerns. If the bugs disappear and the service continues at this level, I will be very pleased with my choice.
