Jason Henry was the best. Listened patiently to my list of problem areas and took the time to answer all of my questions concerning products and safety. Plus all of my cobwebs and spiderwebs are gone...yay Jason!!

Alterra has wonderful customer services. Jason Henry on of the Service Pro came out to our house after we could smell a dead something, he was quick and efficient and removed the dead rat for us with no problems. Today was my initial visit from the representative from Alterra Pest Control. The serviceman arrived 15 minutes early. It was nice to have someone arrive on time or early.



The young man, Milton Bratter, was very pleasant and sat down and explained the contract and service that was to be performed. He did the outside first and then came in and treated the trouble spots inside the house.



When the job was complete, he asked if there was anything else that he could do. I signed the necessary paperwork and he left.



I would highly recommend him and the company to friends and family.

Our Service Pro Gregory was the best tech by far. He took more care than anyone else to explain what he saw and what he did... and why. We'd give him 5 stars, though unfortunately we can't give the office 5 stars. For our very first visit the tech left a lot of spiderwebs. We called and they sent someone else a few days later saying that our tech didn't have one of his long web-poles or whatever. Odd that he didn't say anything to us but told us when he was done that the job was complete. So the second guy came and when he left, we had to call AGAIN for lack of complete job. We were NOT going inch by inch, these were very noticeable webs. He came right back and saw all that I pointed to... and took care of it.



After calling the office I didn't feel the person on the other end was too concerned with our feeling that for our first application left SO much to be desired. I nicely explained that they weren't really earning our loyalty or making a good first impression. I also noted that it's not ideal for a customer like me to have to make sure the job was done... and call back twice. I have them doing the job so we don't have to worry about it or spend time on it with work, kids, etc. She didn't seem to care and offered something like $10 off or something. I called back another day and talked to a supervisor who seemed a bit more concerned with the situation, was sincere in his apology and gave us a nice discount. My main goal was to make sure they cared enough to actually do what we paid for or we wouldn't continue. Simple stuff, you know?



For the second treatment... they never called to schedule. I had to call. They apologized saying they were backed up and scheduled it for just a few days later. Too bad I had to call... again. HOWEVER, Gregory was the tech and made a difference.



Someone we know recommended Alterra and is very happy. We like the non-chemical approach and will stick it out, but the office left something to be desired so far. We'll assume and hope it gets better.

AJ Harper was our Servie Pro and he was very thorough. This was our first time with Alterra and I was happy with how professional AJ was.

I just switched over to Alterra after moving into my house. Marcus was the service tech that came by. He was very courteous and friendly. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and informed me about the different pests that I could expect to find and where they hide out. So far so good!

AJ Harper was our service man and he went above and beyond... Even squeezing thru our jungle of a side yard!

Mike brown was our Service pro. He was amazing. He did an awesome job and was done in no time at all. I would recommend him and the company to everyone.

Lynne Campbell - Andrew J, extremely friendly showed up on time and patiently went through my backyard looking for an spraying for spiders. Her reported his findings on the concentrated areas where he found ants and spiders which was a plus so I can keep an eye out

I am very happy with todays service!! This was my second serivce this time with Jery E, he took his time to overlook everywhere and also did the areas that were missed the first service, from another service pro. Gregory V. did a great job today! Definitely very helpful giving me an idea of the types of spiders/bugs we are dealing with and thankfully the types that we don't have. He was very efficient but still did the entire house, front and backyard in probably 30 mins. I would highly recommend

Great job by Jesse! This was the first visit by Alterra and I was very impressed. I changed from another pest control company to give Alterra a try and if all the employees are as good at their job as Jesse I'll be happy with my change in vendors.
