Worst experience ever for us. Please do not take your business to them, they are highly unprofessional and not trustworthy at all. We got our hardwood flooring done by these guys in October 2020. The hardwood is coming off at many places, also there are misalignments/gaps between floor concrete and hardwood. I have been asking Lewis/Louis (the main guy) to fix the issues for the past 10 months now, but most of the time he doesn't reply to messages or calls. If he ever replies, he will tell us that he doesn't have anyone to fix or he will get back in a week, but that never happens. Imagine spending big bucks on flooring and no one to fix the issues once you pay them in full. Hardwood flooring requires after installation fixes if not done right. They didn't care to fix the mistakes they make during the installation.

I told Lewis/Louis that I don't like posting negative reviews, it hurts businesses. I waited for 10 months, but he didn't bother to show up or send someone to make fixes.

I will not recommend them to anyone. Please pay your money to someone reliable, credible and professional. They do not deserve any new customer.

They did a wonderful job on our floors. Went the extra mile to pull up two layers of flooring and level. A door was sticking after everything was finished and they were quick to come and fix the issue. Great service all around.
