I used RARCO in 2005 to change a classic screened in porch rarely usable into an all year round sunroom. RARCO did a great job; good suggestions about inside trim and avoiding problems with second story windows. If I had remodeling to do today, RARCO would be the first company I would call.

Rarco added a front porch and doubled the size of our home. The service was exceptional and so was the work. There were no hidden costs, they walked us through the entire process and answered all of our questions. Not only was the quality of work excellent, but they worked fast and efficiently. They have a great group of guys working for them as well. Highly recommend!

Very high quality contractor from what I have heard and seen. I did have not used Rarco, but I provided the financing for some clients. They were very pleased, and the finished projects were very nicely done.

RARCO worked with us to put a master bedroom/bath and garage on our house. They were reliable and very nice and did a great job. They worked within our budget, too.

We are happily back in the house and I wanted to take a moment to express our intense appreciation for the job RARCO did during our six month renovation.



The house is even better than we had hoped, and as promised the project was completed exactly on time. Throughout the effort many qualities have impressed me about the work you did and the personnel who completed the tasks; below, however, are a few of the highlights.



Professionalism: I have become accustomed to watching neighborhood construction projects linger and lag as construction crews come and go at random and without any seeming focus or attention. Our experience with RARCO was the exact opposite. From the first day the crews were on time, careful with our home and possessions, clean inside and out, helpful and patient, and clearly skilled. The professionalism of the crew was perhaps most visible in the final stages when their craftsmanship and attention to detail made the house all we could have wanted it to be. Mike, Carlos, Jose, David, Jose, Ben, Rudy, Manuel and the many other RARCO personnel who worked on our home exceeded our expectations.



The Process: At the beginning of this enterprise you asked how involved I wished to be; to which I replied VERY. True to both our words I was at the house on my own or meeting with RARCO personnel nearly every day of the six month project. The process was exact and careful, and all suspenses were met (save those I missed). Your office staff was very helpful as well; always ready to provide statements and projections at my seemingly random requests. At several junctures during the effort we had to make choices to alter our original design and decide on potentially more costly alternatives. During these experiences you and Paul never pushed the more expensive option over more common place choices. Bottom line, we never once felt we were being sold something we didn’t need.



Paul: Not enough can be said about Paul. As project manager from start to finish Paul made the house. I cannot imagine the project having been completed in such a fashion without his presence. As the project progressed he never failed to keep me on time and on target – a far more difficult task than keeping the crew synchronized – and faithfully completed each new task or change. Of particular note were Paul’s objective opinions during the finishing phase when he was able to easily provide us with options and perspectives based on his experience, the most common choices made by homeowners in the area and what options might hold their value the longest. During the entire process I never witnessed Paul flinch from any challenge or hurdle even for a moment. We will miss his presence at the house.
