Heart Hospital of New Mexico

I am a 72 year old female who was told by the heart hospital I had a heart problem. So yesterday 9/17/18 when I was having chest pains--at 6pm I decided to go to the Heart Hospital. They were slammed--I was given a gurney in the hallway along with another elderly man in a lot of pain. I was attended to and then left to wonder if I would be discharged or kept. The Dr. was very good but very busy. I laid and watched a man brought in by the fire dept.--the man in that little room had been quickly removed--the man brought in by the fire dept was quickly wheeled into that room and was dead. Just like that. A young employee who was actually working past his quitting time attended to the deceased--the deceased was wheeled out with a blanket and a cloth over his face. And the first man was returned to his room. I know this happens in ER's but patients don't normally witness it. Now the returned man needed a nurses attention since he had no call button on his bed. Finally one of the fire men paid attention--the patient needed to pee. Meanwhile the Dr. set me up with a stress test. Today at 8 am or there about a female called to say my test was canceled--a self important female- since I was seeing a cardiologist on Oct 9th--Dr Rai could decide. How unimportant are patients? I will never return to the ER at the Heart Hospital.

This is a very good hospital that I have used when I had some internal health problems.
