We had an excellent experience here! Bob Murray, our salesman was knowledgable, helpful, and worked with us we bought a GLC 300 from him. The service department is excellent also. We brought our Smart car and Sprinter in for service. Amber Mejia went out of her way to help us. You could not ask for a better place to buy or have your car serviced!

I walked into Walter Mercedes for the second time, and it was as clean and organized as I remembered it to be. I don't have a lot of time to waste at dealerships, so I want to find that salesman that just doesn't waste both of our times, and is still able to give out a good deal. Jin Lee was the right person at the right dealership to get my car! I was able to trade my CLA to a new C250 Coupe for less payment with better rate than I had. I came to Walter's show room yesterday just to get an idea about leasing a car. I was welcomed by Eddy Elsayed who did an excellent job in explaining the different options in a professional manner. Eddy was very helpful, honest and trust worthy. 15 minutes letter I found myself interested in leasing a car that I liked in that showroom. Finally I was able to make a deal and drive away with my dream car happily. I will definitely recommend this showroom and their professional leasing consultants.

He makes the whole car buying process effortless, I live in the San Fernando valley and I drove to Walters in riverside to buy my car from Bryan because he is so different from all the other salesman I encountered at the other Mercedes dealers in the valley. I did everything online and got pre approvals from other Mercedes dealers and as soon as I spoke with Bryan I knew I was going to buy my car from him. Everyone at Walters MB in Ontario was just wonderful when we bought our GLK 350. Our sales rep was Jacqueline Nasser and not only was she extremely knowledgable, she made the buying process the easiest we have ever experienced. It was quick and painless! She answered all of our questions, showed us any car we wanted to see and most importantly never made us feel pressured to buy. She wanted us to be 100% happy with our choice and make sure we bought the vehicle that best fit our needs. On a more personal level she has been available to talk to whenever we needed and has put me on her personal prayer list for ongoing health issues.
