Took my car in for service. My service advisor Mark Interluccia was fabulous as always and meet every need as always. Perfect performance.

Jeremy made my purchase painless...

Didn't have me sitting in the dealership all day. He did the research and leg work for me while I was comfortably at work and at home. When everything was to my liking he invited me in and I signed papers and was done within an hour. Jeremy then introduced Andrew Wagner and Andrew educated me and walked me through the options and benefits of the Walters auto shop... Didn't feel rushed or burdened. Jeremy and Amdrew made my car buying experience easy.

Brandon Monaco is my service advisor. He is always friendly, knowledgable and accommodating. I trust that he is taking good care of my car. He also makes me feel valued and comfortable as a customer of Walter's Mercedes.

His outstanding performance from the time I enter the dealer to when I leave can’t be described by words only, if I have the ability to nominate him to the best ever service representative I’ve ever dealt with I will do so.

His very welcoming attitude, explaining the problem in detail and the cost of the repair and when to expect the car to be completed in service. He makes sure all the points in complaint are covered before he hands you the key. All done smoothly and very quick.

Mark, understands that his clients’ time is very valuable and he makes sure that they are In and Out of service in respect with their time schedule. Another thing I noticed about Mark and I haven’t seen elsewhere including in Walter's, he responds to emails inquiries in a timely manner. He is very efficient. At the time he is dealing with 3 different clients, none of us felt that we are on hold, things were completed for each one of us very efficient.

I can’t say enough about this representative’s performance and I still feel that my comments fell short to what he deserves. Thank you very much Mark!!!

Allow me to commend Walters Mercedes of riverside, and specifically the salesperson I worked with, Darryl Young.

This was, hands down, the best car buying experience I have had. I was treated better than when I went to a Toyota or Honda dealership. After learning that a Mercedes lease was more affordable than a Honda purchase, I began to seriously research my Mercedes options. Darrel Young made my new "step up" possible. Daryl acted like a friend the entire time. He was friendly and courteous, but not fake. I appreciated him treating me like a guest, and being patient with me while other dealerships were calling me while I was talking with him. He was also very sharp dressed and professional. I had the opportunity to meet Steven, and Walt, the founder and owner of Walters Auto Sales & Service. Walt was very warm and humble. He also happens to be a World War 2 veteran. They process paper work fast, i got my car less than 2 hrs. Jin Lee is the sales. He helps us a lot to find the car that we want and be able to answer all the questions. He always have a smile on his face, good customer service. I would recommend him.

This was my first purchase at Walters Mercedes Dealership. I am so impressed with Walters Mercedes Benz Dealership. Joe O'Brien made me feel so comfortable. The experience was not at all what I was expecting. I had been to a another Mercedes dealership and felt like I did not belong there. It was very uncomfortable. I looked online, researched, got quotes from multiple dealers around me, yadi yada, yadi yada... I know you are probably hoping to look for numbers in reviews. I was there, spent hours, created spreadsheet with models, and looked for the "right" numbers. All this time, I knew what really mattered to me the most were price and value. So, the time I spent researching, it probably would have been better spent if I had gone into this dealership in person. So, my recommendation is, if you are ready for a Benz, go to Walter's Mercedes-Benz. Talk to Peter Tecson, Paul Heng, and Raymond Burke. All fantastic people who I look forward to doing business with again.

Isaid Barragan helped me find the perfect car with all the details I wanted. He was very helpful and really took time to find out what I wanted in my dream car. Wow! Vincent Troncoso is not only an absolute pleasure to work with, but he gets the deal done! I have been buying cars for the past 25 years. I was lucky enough to find Vincent and his team at Watler's Mercedes for the purchase of my 20th car. I can say without a doubt that Vincent is the most competent and professsional salesman that I have dealt with in ALL of my years buying cars. He sold me a beautiful C-Class for my partner. Jin Lee is a great salesman who is very nice and patient. This is my first Mercedes-Benz 2014 CLA250, and I was kind of hesitate at the beginning. Jin was very patient in explaining every detail of the car. Unlike most salesmen I met, he and the his manager (another guy from HONG KONG) are not that pushy. When I need to think about it and make a decision the next day, he showed patience even though he had spent a lot of time explaining the financing and leasing options. After I bought the car, he explained me the functions of the car in every detail which I feel very helpful. Thank you very much Jin!

I had a great experience here at Walter's. From starting off the process of bringing my S550 in and Mark Eckman very friendly and helpful very customer service oriented. Making sure I understood all that was going on with my car and keeping me up to date. They provided me with a loaner for the time my car was in for service. Which was fantastic!
