Overall

We stayed in this location about 2weeks ago. We did not have a very favorable experience. First time we had guests also. That didn't go as planned either. We asked ahead of time that they not bother our guests for a sales pitch, but they did. We asked ahead of time that they not ask for their credit card for deposit, to wait and just use ours, but they asked them anyway, with notes in the computer not to. Then the topper was when we went to our sales mtg. First of all, there were so many people in such a small room that you couldn't hear yourself think. We told them right up front we had guests and didn't want to be more than hour. We were told that was fine, but of course that is not how it went. We were there almost 2 hours and probably would have been longer if we hadn't gotten up to walk out. The person that comes around in the very end to twist your arm a little more couldn't have been less professional if she tried. We told them no less than 5 times that we weren't going to buy any more points. We stated that in the beginning, but it wasn't good enough. The lady's name was Erica, so just in case you get her be prepared. When we got up to walk out my husband told her we weren't buying more points that we had some projects going on at home. Then she started getting personal. She asked if we wouldn't want to finance our projects or did we just use all our savings up!!! A lot of nerve,don't you think. Not even worth those tickets you give! They also asked if it would have mattered if we hadn't had guests, if we would have been interested then! How many times does it take??? Director of sales needs top to get in on this
