If you get an offer in the mail for free cruise and air fare, don't do it. It is a scam. We joined it sounded like a good deal. the company took our money and ran we did not get any emails prmotional or otherwise said can't cancell after 3 days but you don't get anything for at least 7 to 10 days. in our case still haven't gotten anything some 30 days plus despite numerous phone calls and false promises. Time for legal remedies and put them out of business Florida better business bureau has a file on them numerous complaints. as well as multiple complaints on other message boards on the net. Case Description: lied to about products and services.

We singed up in Tyler, Tx. in Aug 29. 2014. We were told during the presentation by Tim Criswell and Alexander Sousan that we would get 4 and 5 star hotels and resorts for 2 star prices. So far this has been a lie. I have been trying to get in touch with the company to solve the problems but I get NO response. I have found better prices on my own than they offer.
