The personnel is rude and arrogant--as if they are the only ones who work hard. They clearly do not believe in customer service, let alone kindness. A "hello" is a hit or miss, and forget about "how are you today"--they always look like you are a nuisance. God forbid you make a mistake in your address--they will return it to sender even if they know exactly who you are (this is, after all, a small post office) and the mail is from overseas.



I wonder if they ever tried looking for another job if they are so unhappy with this one. I bet the steady schedule and good paycheck beats unhappiness. Try working for a minimum wage at all hours and in all weather conditions--many people do it and still treat other people with dignity.
