I called about a package that arrived at my doorstep two months late, and I have been on hold for 25 minutes! I then hung up and redialed hoping to reach a live person, and the recorded message said the wait time was 25 to 30 minutes! This is ridiculous! Why is this place still in operation and handling our mail?!!

For the 3rd time in 6 months I've had to wait for at least 30 mins to pick up a package. I check my tiny mailbox regularly, but have been out of town. I was talked down to, and then scolded -- after giving up 40 minutes of my lunch break. Service is poor, and I am very dissatisfied.

These people can't even put the correct mail in the correct mailboxes...and I'm talking IMPORTANT mail (home titles, bills, confidential letters, etc.), not junk mail. I could probably train a chimp to do their job in a couple of weeks (max.), but so far these idiots can't seem to grasp the concept. So lazy and stupid. Wouldn't expect any different from a government run company.

I don't know who exactly is running this branch, but there's been Too many issues regarding delivery to my home. It seems that anything mailed to me from Albuquerque, El Paso or even within the city fails to arrive on time if mailed on Wednesday or later. It's iffy at best and if anything is mailed after Thursday you can expect to receive it after Monday because for some reason the mail is either really late or doesn't come at all. It's been a ninety percent chance that this will happen, and it seems that I'm not the only one in this neighborhood with this issue, so obviously SOMETHING is going on. Whether it's laziness, or some other reason, it's still very inconvenient as I receive packets from an attorney or checks to pay bills. I always verify with the senders when these things are mailed out, so even with tracking numbers on some things the above mentioned problem still occurs. The post office has twice lost my mail which has caused a lot of problems. So there you have it. My next review will be with the Postmaster General, then we'll see what happens.

my Mail delivery is late, unable to find out why, no one to answer service at US Post Office at 1180 Commerce Dr. Las Cruces, NM. The post office should have someone on station until all mail has been delivered. It is now 615PM local time, and no mail today, flags in the neighbor hood are still flying indicating mail is ready to be picked up. As a government past employee, if I ran a business like this I would have been fired.

We had a package scheduled for delivery on Saturday 12/29/12. I received a text message to my phone saying it was on the carrier and going to be delivered around 2:50pm. We waited home all day for the package to arrive and nothing. I called today and the lady at the Post Office said that they tried to deliver the package and no one was home! WE WERE THERE ALL DAY!!! No we have to wait until Wednesday to have it re-delivered or she said we could go all the way across town and pick it up ourselves. No wonder the post office is on the verge of going out of business!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I guess the carriers can just decide for themselves if they are going to take your package to you or not.

the worst!

There are no stamp machines or any machines at this location so the lines are herendous! People are angry for standing in line just to buy one stamp and there are never more than two people there and the second one only comes out when the line is over 25 people. I have to use this post office because of my address my packages are sent there and they never answer their phone!
