Pro Nails II

I got my nails done here a few days ago. I wasn’t happy when I left, they were shutting the lights off and obviously it was time to close. One of my nails broke the next day so I came in today to get them fixed. One person said hello to me and asked what I needed, I said I needed a nail fixed and I wasn’t happy with the polish. The polish was horrible, missed half my nails and it was coming off. Finally after standing there looking (and feeling) like a fool after about three minutes with chairs open all over. The guy that I think owns the place looked at me and said sit down. The guy that did my nails said come here, I sat down and he looked at my broken nail, and went and got the same color I had on. I told him again I wanted to repolish they look awful. He began to do my nails and my buffing, he cut my finger and I started to bleed. No I’m sorry or oops! Some woman came over, said something in there language, he got up and left and she sat down. Here’s where the fun really starts! Never said one word to me.. handed me the colors to chose from and began talking to her possible husband? In there language, again... she grabbed my hand(s) pushed them under the light, still with not one word to me. I left after she told me to wash my hands. I’m not happy with my nails, again. I was so uncomfortable there it was crazy! This woman had such a foul look on her face... obviously very, VERY unhappy... I went to my car, took me a second to get ready to leave, looked up, she was staring at me through the window and mouthed WOW to me. I spend a good amount of money on my nails, work very hard for my money. I take my very little “me time” very serious. It’s rare. I will never spend another minute nor another dime in this place. Long story short... Very rude people all around. Don’t give them your business...

This is an excellent nail salon! The quality of the manicures and pedicures far exceeds the competition, but the prices are incredibly reasonable.
I love this place!

Best place. clean environment, affordable Price. good design and quality. I bring a difficult design for them...they finished perfectly...I love to go...

I can't stop staring at my nails!

I've been going here since I moved to the area. I think they do a great job, though I will agree that some of the staff there do a better job than others. Jimmy, the only guy there, does my nails and I've never, ever had a problem with the work he does. Keep in mind, too, that they are not a particularly chatty group of folks.
