Great Clips

Be very alert if you go for a hair cut to this salon and always get a receipt for anything you purchase in the store!! I had gone to the salon for a haircut and the stylist started selling the salon products while giving me the haircut. The stylist should have been a sales person - she was really good! She told me that I need a shampoo, conditioner and a color care product (which could also be used as a detangler for my daughter) from the store. I realized that she was just trying to sell the store products to me so when it was time to check-out she had placed the shampoo, conditioner and the color card product in front of me (talk about pressure!!). My kids were with me and I didn't want to be rude so I bought only the color care product thinking I could use it as a detangler for my daughter. Unfortunately when I read the fine print at home I realized that the stylist lied - the color care product cannot be used as a detangler. I went back to the store to return the product. The stylist who sold me the product was in the store and she asked for a receipt which I didn't have (I don't take receipts since it's a waste of paper and I throw it away anyway). She told me that although she remembers me buying the product she cannot refund it since it's the store policy to not return products without the receipts. She refused to exchange it for some other product in the store. When I told her that I didn't know I needed a receipt for a return she started educating me that whenever she makes purchases she always gets receipts. Really ticked me off!!! Fortunately for me I used a credit card for the purchase so I disputed the transaction and got a refund. It was an awful experience - stay away from this store!!!
