Del Mar Apartments

I live here a year and it seemed like an eternity. Staff is awful they don't care about you they are very slow in submitting work orders since day one I submitted like 8 work orders because they gave me a unfinished unit. I had to get the maintenance supervisor in order for them to fix everything. They don't return your deposit they make up stuff in order to keep it so don't even mind cleaning it or taking care of the unit because u still won't get it back. I left the unit clean and they made up false water bills that magically added to my $200 deposit really. I'm do glad I'm not living there anymore so please if you don't want to be throwing your money away please don't move there
