Sandridge Apartments

This is such a great community, I love my home my neighbors and the service provided by both maintenance and office staff.. friendly, consistent, and resolve my issues in timely manner. Can't really ask for more. Very happy tenant...

Love my new apartment, it is exactly what I viewed! Office is really nice i will definitely recommend people to move in.

If I could give this no stars I would. This is my very first apartment and I waited a month to move into this place. Was told my apt was wood flooring and it was just peel off cheap fake tile. The cabinets were not painted they are worn down and chipped. The marble counter top you think is pretty is really just painted in and as I have only lived her for two weeks, it is already chipping off. The maintenance around here is only 2 people for 500 buildings so good luck if you want anything done. My towel hanger has been broken since I first had a towel on it weeks ago and still no one has came to fix it. The carpet was just cleaned with a steam cleaner or whatever and their are still visible stains/burns on the carpet. The staff in the office sucks so freaking bad too. I haven't even gotten my mailbox key and I been here two weeks. Wtf!!! The lady Sonia is such a liar she will tell you whatever you want to hear. I came here and didn't even realize that their pools are green like a river only dirtier filled with leaves and dirt. The fitness center has like three work out machines and they don't even run the a.c. in there. It's like 100 degrees in there. Not to mention they aren't even opening the stupid thing! Wheres my key to the fitness center? The only thing I like about this place is my family is going to start here. Everything else leaves my mind when I think of that.

from my first year experience here, management has been awful u can call millions of times n even go to the office and they never fix anything.. since I've been here for just a little over a year they have changed management over 5 times and the gym has never been opened neither the pool... this month I have gone to the office 3-5 times and there was not one single time I saw the same person working at the office... I've been waiting on them for a year to fix a lot of stuff of the apartment.. the cabinets are just painted over if damaged walls are not fixed just painted over flooring peels off.. and they charge more than 500 if theres bed bugs that u didn't even bring in... they charge for everything but yet they don't fix crap... this is the worst experience of my life.. next time I move out I rather pay more for a better place than here.

Absolutely the worse place to live! Constantly loosing hot water, gym is closed & run down, laundry rooms & machines are filthy & most machines don't work, the management is constantly changing, usually no parking if you get home late, no notification of any sort when problems occur like no hot water for days, management blows you off with the same excuse & I quote " da pipes busted" after the 2nd time I bought it but it's been 5x already!! The out side is falling apart, the balcony railings & stairs look like a hazard, maintenance are the kinds of patching things up. When I moved in I discovered one of the windows had a 1/4 strip broken/missing called the office they sent someone over a few days later, so now I have a window with a 1/4 inch of caulking lol what a joke this place is. I joint yelp just for this review. Don't make the same mistake I did do you're home work before renting any where & stay away from Sandridge apartments in Pasadena :)

In the last year and a half they have gone through several new owners and about 5 management companies. They fix things by "rubber banding them" so as not to lose money when they flip the property to the next owner... who does the same thing. We went 3 months with 95 degree hot water [less than body temperature]... and that was when there was hot water, half the time it was only cold water. Every wall in my apartment has mold/water damage coming through the paint. The door to my laundry room is falling apart and I can pull the screws out of the hinges with my fingers... its rotted... the bottom 3 inches are completely rotted off. The linoleum is peeling from the floor. The cabinets are water damaged and when you move in they just put a fresh coat of spray paint on them, but they are still swollen from the water damage on all sides. The bathtub and tiles are also covered with a thin layer of spray paint that peels off the first time you clean them to reveal water damage and black mold that wont even bleach off. The exterior wood is rotting and falling apart. The only thing good about this place is that it has a fireplace, which ironically is the only reason we moved in !

I also lived in these apartments back in 2007 and hated being there. They had me think I signed a contract of 6 months and when it came time to give a written note that we were leaving 2 months in advance they told me I signed a lease for 1 yr!!!!!!! ahh i was Freaking out!!!!!! anyways!!



Other than that management is so bad!!! I hate the manager she is awful!! They will keep your deposit even though you did what you were supposed to do to get out!! I just hate it there.I got out as soon as I could. There were alot of roaches in the apartment and they took forever to go fumigate at my apartment!!



They also have too many cats running aroound the place that it would stink. I myself had a dog but there were too many cats multiplying out there and they did just not get rid of them!!



I give it a really bad review!!!!
