Rainbow Pediatrics

Dr. Thomas took excellent care of my grandson while in Pardee Hospital. Extremely wise doctor. Nurses could not say enough about the fact that we were in the best of care.

Complaint is against Rainbow Pediatrics (although Dr. Thomas was seen). Daughter waited 1.5 hrs to see Dr. Then after 10 min office exam was dismissed. A prescription was supposed to be called-in to the local pharmacy right across the street), however 6 hrs later that call was never made. I called the Rainbow Ped. office to complain & they told me that they called that prescription in as I was on the phone with them. I then called the local pharmacy again just to see if in fact the prescription was received & they told me it must be on their voicemail. I asked about how long of a wait I was facing and she told me around 1 hour. So, (7) hours later hopefully I'll have the medication for my daughter.... That is unacceptable...

I have been VERY DISSATISFIED with Rainbow Pediatrics. They have given us prescriptions for other patients, waited over 2 hours with an appointment once, receptionist made us an appointment for the day before our appointment (so unless we had a time machine we couldn't have come) and the doctors spent very little time diagnosing my child - before just writing a generic prescription when obviously after this many rounds of antibiotics she needed to be referred to a specialist. I say - You can do better, don't choose this office.
