The Free Clinics receives no federal funds; however, we do receive support from State of North Carolina and from Henderson County. The Free Clinics is a 501c (3) organization, and all donations are tax deductible. TFC is the most economical healthcare in Henderson County, multiplying every dollar received more than five times in the value of care provided.
