We had a great experience with Andrews Jewelers. My engagement ring is exactly what I wanted (they helped my fiancé pick out something that perfectly fit my "style"), and they have exceptional customer service - every time I come in to get my ring cleaned I am taken care of right away with a smile. I will continue to do business here for many years to come!

Excellent service!! We were on a time crunch to get the ring and service was exceptional and fast. All staff was very friendly and patient. We were there almost 2 1/2 hours trying on rings until we found the right one. Gina's positive attitude made the experience great! I would recommend to others and come back.

We purchased my engagement ring at Andrew's Jewelers and the experience and quality of professionalism was outstanding! We came in clueless and the sales team guided us into designing the perfect ring. I also recommended Andrew's to my cousin who found the perfect ring for his fiancé.

Warning: Do not sell your gold to Andrews!

Yesterday, I took 2 pieces of gold jewelry to Andrews to sell. The salesperson examined them, weighed them, and offered me $556. Without knowing for sure, I did not feel that it was a good offer. After some discussion with the salesperson, he said he could give me $650. I said I wanted to get another estimate, and after some additional discussion, he went into the back (office area) and spoke with Andrew. The salesperson said that Andrew would give me $750 if I sold the jewelry now, but not if I leave to get another estimate. It felt insulting and unprofessional. I left, and went to another company. The person there examined the 2 pieces, weighed them, and offered me $1,100! I did not mention that I had another offer. The $1,100 was offered to me without hesitation or discussion. I was paid in cash, and treated cordially. Andrews spends a lot of money on ads to say they are only company in Western New York that pays the highest prices for gold. Perhaps what they mean is that they are the only company with the audacity to offer half of the amount you can get at another well-known company. Andrew should be ashamed.
