Love this place excellent service and owner is very nice and fair. I tried to sell some of my diamonds and get a favorite ring fixed at a nother jewlers and did not do so due to what I was told. So I went into Andrews met the owner and had a great experience I left very happy. I pop in every once in a while to get my favorite ring inspected and cleaned Victoria is great

Have spent a lot of money here. Of two to mention are my engagement and wedding bands - 10 years ago. Went there last year just to get them cleaned and the women (wish I can remember her name!) said that ALL the prongs needed to be redone and it would cost $400 for one ring and $350 for the other. I called my husband and he said lets check another jeweler. I told her I'd let her know and she proceeded to hand me back the rings without even cleaning them (which is what I was there for in the first place) acting as though I wasn't worth her service.

I went a year of not wearing them in fear of losing diamonds and not taking the time to go check with someone else. Finally this past wednesday I went to ROSS AND SONS directly across the street from Andrews. He took a look without knowing my Andrews story and said only one diamond needed new prongs (the main diamond on engagement ring) and it WOULD COST $50

WOW! Complete shock that Andrews staff would be inclined to rip off a long term customer like that. Is this what they are taught to do??!!

Ross and Sons was awesome. Got the rings back today (3 days later) and they look beautiful, like brand new. The new prongs look great. I will never step foot in Andrews again and I hope anyone reading this will check around before deciding on going with Andrews.

Gina and the team at Andrews has been nothing less than amazing! They don't pressure you into anything. Gina always has your best interests in mind!

Andrews is the place to go, Gina is wonderful!!!!!!!! and the price is always right!!

I previously shopped at Andrew's a few years back for a bracelet for my fiancé (girlfriend, at the time). On that occasion, I worked with Gina, who was extremely kind, non-aggressive, and very helpful. The last bit was of particular note, because I knew nothing of jewelry. Gina worked with the budget I had available and did not try to sway me to something I couldn't afford. My fiancé LOVED the bracelet.



Recently, The fiancé and I stopped by Andrew's to shop for wedding bands and to have her engagement ring cleaned. Walking into Andrew's, I was pretty impressed by the remodeling the store underwent. "Modern/trendy" can be used to best describe the remodel.



Gina helped me out again, and showed us a nice selection of bands, this time within our budget and without pressure. The selection is pretty daunting, and she was able to find us exactly what we were looking for, based on our wants/needs.



I'm pretty sure it'll be a few years before I venture out for jewelry again, but so far I've been 2 for 2 with Andrew's. I'm sure the third time will be just as pleasant.

Andrews Jewelers has been wonderful to work with! Gina always takes great care of us year after year! She has done a fabulous job helping my husband pick out the perfect gift for me! Thanks Gina!!!

There is no other place to go. I spent a lot of time shopping for my fiancé's engagement ring and decided to go with Andrew's. I could not have made a better decision. Absolutely everyone I have worked with has made my wedding experience at Andrews an easy one. I not only purchased my fiancé's engagement ring here, but chose to get both of our wedding bands here too. I always received the upmost in service and get treated like family every single time I walk through the door. Don't make the mistake of going elsewhere!!!

I"ve never had a bad experience here. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. Not to mention they have beautiful rings without breaking the bank.

Excellent service and first rate quality

I just had my wedding ring and engagement ring cleaned and they turned out beautiful! I could see my reflection in my rings which I have not been able to do or at least realized that I could do in many months! They came out like they were brand new - I LOVE THEM!!!

And while I was there, they cleaned my other ring...my hands look like a million bucks!!
