After ordering my part online I looked at some reviews of this business and became concerned. My worries were short lived after I received my order in less than a week. Great business don’t believe the bad reviews.

I've sent two emails, left several phone messages, (btw, the number listed on yelp is a fax machine), trying to get help with my existing fireplace insert. Finally I went ahead and ordered the part that I think is correct, since I never heard back from sales or customer service. It's been a week since I placed my order and I have never received any confirmation or shipping details. Our fireplace is our main source of heat and the blower motor is bad so we can't use it. I told them this in my email to them. It's January and I'm freezing and this company will certainly never get my business again, we will be replacing our insert soon and I will choose a different company to work with. Very disappointed
