there's no MINUS stars to press! their greeting messages are Confusing and hard to follow, let alone understand. You can die from lack of oxygen while waiting on hold. most of the agents I've spoken to are rude and condescending. How they stay in business is a total mystery to me. I hold a degree in Business Administration, and feel more qualified than any of their Corporate Officers. Simply put, THEY STINK! In addition, I cannot get a monthly statement from this company! It's Saturday am currently. My first call Monday will be to another oxygen service company, the second call will be to the BBB. Not really sure which order!

I agree no stars. I don't know how they stay in business. You always wait 20 minutes or more when you call them. Then they mess up whatever you order or need replaced. I think we all need to give the BBB a call. We also need to let our Drs. know what kind of sloppy work they do.

Worst company I've ever dealt with. Initial delivery promised but not made. Finally delivered after 4 calls the next day. Called for refill and they never deliveted. Called for refils the 3rd time and they deliveted to wrong address.

I am giving Apria Healthcare no STARS. They have no idea what they are putting their patents through. I have asthma and needed a Nebulizer today. My doctors office ordered at around 1-2 pm. They said Apria would be calling about the delivery today before 5 pm. It became 4 pm and no call. So I called my doctors, they talked their Apria representative and said it would be out by 6-6:30 pm. Then I get a call from Apria at 6pm saying at the physician who order the Nebulizer was not valid with Medicare and that I would have to wait until tomorrow. MY OXYGEN LEVEL WAS 80 AT THE OFFICE. How do they think I can wait until tomorrow, I even offered to buy the Nebulizer with my own money, but they wouldn't accept that because they said it was Medicare Fraud. Medicare is a fraud along with Apria. How is me paying for a prescription written by my physician a fraud? I then called my doctors after hour phone and they called their Apria representative (who is I already know is paid too much). He said that everything was taken care of and that the Nebulizer would be right out. It is now almost midnight and no delivery. So much for customer care and service. Apparently the dollar is more important than the patent..
